How We Check Bac Water Sellers
The rules behind every page on this site, in plain words.
We may earn a commission from some links on this page. Disclosure
What we check
We cover bacteriostatic water as a laboratory supply: who sells it, vial sizes, benzyl alcohol content, price per mL, lot reports, shipping terms and storage of the vial. We use the same five checks for every seller, shown on each page as the 5-point checklist.
Where facts come from
- Seller facts come from the seller's own product page, and lot reports from the report the seller links.
- Retailer facts come from the retailer's own search or product pages on the date shown.
- Facts about licensed products come from the official label on DailyMed and the maker's own pages.
- Every fact shows its source and the date we checked it.
When we cannot check something
Some retailer sites block our checks or do not load. When that happens we say so, with the date, and we do not fill the gap with a guess. A "could not verify" verdict means exactly that.
What we never do
- Buy, test or use any product, or say that we did.
- Write about use in people or animals. We do not publish amounts, administration or health claims.
- Explain how to obtain prescription products.
- Add review stars or rating markup for any seller.
Money and the pick
Some links are affiliate links, marked as sponsored, and we may earn a commission. Our pick is shown with its weak points, including where another seller is cheaper. No seller can pay to change a price, a fact or a verdict.
Updates and corrections
Prices and listings change. Each page shows the date it was last checked. If something is wrong, email info@bestbacteriostaticwater.com with the page and a link to the source. We aim to recheck within five working days.
